Seat ring corrosion,  spectral analysis found that the concentration of non-ferrous elements is abnormal, a lot of non-ferrous metal components in the ferrography submicron wear particles, lubricating oil moisture exceeds the standard,  acid value exceeds the standard. The surface of inner and outer ring is pulled. There are iron cutting abrasive particles or black oxide particles in ferrograph.
The surface of inner and outer rings was corroded, and the spectral analysis showed that the concentration of iron was abnormal. There were many submicron particles of iron in the iron spectrum, and the lubricating oil moisture or acid value exceeded the standard. Surface strain,  ferrography found in the cutting abrasive grain, abrasive grain composition for non-ferrous metals. The inner and outer ring was fretting wear, and the spectral analysis showed that the iron concentration was abnormal, there were many iron submicron wear particles in the iron spectrum, and the moisture and acid value of the lubricating oil were abnormal. Under the condition of liquid lubrication, the sliding surface is separated by lubricating oil without direct contact, which can greatly reduce the friction loss and surface wear.
